Urban Growth

Verde Square, planned by global real estate firm, Karlin, envisions an entertainment district on more than six acres of land located just west of Q2 Stadium in Austin. Initial plans for the project include 300,000+ sf of offices, 280 apartments, substantial retail space, and a hotel. CAA ICON has been involved throughout pre-development. The project is currently on hold due to economic conditions.

CAA ICON has been involved throughout the early activation and planning stages.
